Marlene Crawford is a licensed mortgage broker with over 30 years in the mortgage industry. Marlene and her partner, JoAnn Rooney, opened Your Mortgage Source, Inc. in January of 2003. The office is located in the Tax Collectors Building on US Highway 19 just north of 580 and south of Curlew. Marlene is well known in the community by her prior real estate business as well as the school functions she has attended and sponsored throughout the years.
Marlene lives in the Countryside area of Clearwater with her husband; they have two grown children and one grandchild she legally adopted and has raised since the age of 4.
Marlene is a true professional, dedicated to providing her clients with the honesty, integrity and service that not only meet but exceed their expectations. She is single-minded in finding the right mortgage solution for her clients and finds great fulfillment in helping them navigate through the maze of today's financial market.

JoAnn Rooney is a licensed mortgage broker for Your Mortgage Source, Inc. with over 11 years of mortgage industry experience.
Born in Summit, New Jersey and raised in St. Charles/Geneva, Illinois with ten siblings, JoAnn has lived in Palm Harbor with her husband since 1994. They have two grown children and one grand-dog. JoAnn enjoys cooking, outdoor activities, reading and crossword puzzles.
JoAnn is passionate about her business and excels at thinking "outside the box" to find the right mortgage solution, right now for her clients. She finds great fulfillment in helping her clients navigate through the maze of today's financial market.
JoAnn is a Paul Harris Fellow recipient; a 2007 graduate of Leadership Pinellas, member of the Pinellas Women's Philanthropic Circle, is involved in Dunedin Rotary North and the Tampa Bay Think Tank. She holds memberships in both national and international professional networks to better serve her clients. Membership allows her to provide referrals for world class real estate and lending professionals who are also dedicated to delivering the highest level of service to their clientele anywhere in the world.
